Problem in connecting with Corrolla 2009 to onward

    Dear

    Hi

    Good Afternoon

    I have a MaxiDas DS708 system. The Serial number is as under:

    S/N:DS022Q006718

    There is a problem in the scanner. When I connect it with the vehicle Toyota Corolla 2009 onward (Asian) it does not scan and the following message arises while connecting with all other vehicles it works fine only problem with Toyota Corolla 2009 onward.

     

    I have also updated it. Now its

    System Program Version: V6.25

    Firmware Version: V10.20

    Also updated software of Toyota to V4.20 in SD card. But the problem still exist.

    You are requested to kindly help me in this regard.

    Hello first thing i will do is to try a different diagnostic connector on your maxidas
    there has been a lot of issues with those red dlc adapter just to rule that out try the
    chrysler black dlc adapter see if that helps another possibility is the cable it self try
    that if that does not help then it could be software related good luck.
